The center provides a one-year training course in tailoring including cutting, stitching and embroidery with the objective of providing employment opportunities through income-generating activities like cutting, sewing, knitting etc. The one-year training schedule is divided into two parts; the first part consists of six months spent on courses and theory and the following six months focused on hands-on training to build confidence and quality of the trainee to provide them with adequate basic skills.

- Students are selected through an interview process based on the criteria of financial need, and having achieved some basic education. Their willingness, aptitude, and socio-economic status were taken into consideration during the selection process.
- The training schedule consists of one year program with the first six months spent on courses and theory, and the following six months focused on hands-on training to build confidence and quality.
